  • What payment methods do you offer?
    You can pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. When paying by credit or debit card, your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no additional charge for card payments. When paying by credit or debit card, the starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after your order has been shipped, Ena Baby may automatically cancel your order. Please note that the charge will be made directly to your credit card at the time of the transaction.
  • Can I place an order for a company?
    Unfortunately, you cannot place orders as a company at Ena baby. Please send your request via our dealer contact form, which you will find under the "Contact" tab at the bottom of our website. Our responsible department will then contact you.
  • What is a pre-order?
    Pre-ordering means you can purchase a product that has not yet been officially released or is temporarily out of stock. This, in turn, means that you will be one of the lucky ones to receive it as soon as the product is finally released or back in stock. It's like getting a VIP pass to our most popular or newest items! 😉 You will find the estimated delivery time on our website and in your order confirmation.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer free shipping for orders over 100 EUR. (This depends on the country). For orders under 100 EUR, the cheapest shipping cost is 4.99. Depending on the shipping option you choose, the cost may vary.
  • Can I modify or add products to my order?
    Due to the speed with which we process your order, we cannot make changes or add products once it has been placed.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Due to the speed with which we process your order, it can be difficult to cancel orders after they have been packed at our warehouse. The package may already be included among hundreds of other orders waiting to be picked up by the carrier. If the package is in the packaging or shipping stage and you no longer want it, please refuse delivery or do not pick it up at the service point. Your order will be returned to us and we will issue a refund once the warehouse has received and processed the return, but any return fees will be deducted (based on your country's rate).   • He introducido datos personales erróneos en mi pedido, ¿ pueden cambiarlos?

  • How do I know my order has been placed?
    Once you have placed your order, you should receive an order confirmation in your email inbox. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder. Not there either? Please contact us via our email enababy.uk@gmail.com before placing a new order, to avoid double orders. Why haven't I received an order confirmation? If you have not received an order confirmation after your purchase, you may have entered an incorrect email address, or it may be in your spam folder. Please contact us by email explaining the problem and providing us with your personal details such as full name, phone number and correct email address to assist you with your order details and delivery tracking information. The product I want to purchase is out of stock. When will it be available again? We replenish our items regularly, but this depends on the availability of our suppliers, so we cannot give you an exact answer as to when we will replenish these items. It all depends on production and transport to our warehouse.
